I think Elon Musk put effort into expressing his most fundamental ideas clearly to the broad Chinese public and it seems likely that in this publication they will be able to reach most of the people in China he wants to address who might share his passion for these goals.

Ukraine & now, Taiwan MICIMAC threats & instigation re-started Albright's FRACKING Ponzi scheme, the single greatest threat to slowing run-away methane triggered AGW. Unreported in the G7, scores-of-thousands new wells re-re-refracked, quick to kick, lethal to air, water, crops & livestock; many now in deep water or sacrifice zones filled with poor workers, uninsured with cascading PASC, now indentured into gig-serfdom. Musk, Gates, Bloomberg, Bezos and thousands of new COVID billionaires exemplifying Catastrophe Capitalism feeding frenzy.
I would suggest that Musk first should have such a brain surgery. Or even better lobotomy. With his attitude to the whole humanity as potential Tesla consumers and his attitude of a cancer with respect to the Earth health he should be the number one to undergo the brain improvement.
